Inlets (experimental): prescribed_velocity is the one inlet handler. Its source may be data as well as expressions: type: file, generated or field_slice, the profiles prescribed_flow took under params.source, now on the entry itself, with scale applied at staging and bulk_velocity rescaling them each step. constant_velocity, parabolic and prescribed_flow are removed; a case naming one is refused with the equivalent source ({components: normal, expression: <speed>} for a uniform inlet, "16*<v_max>*xi*(1-xi)*eta*(1-eta)" for the parabola). Newton-Krylov momentum accepts the inlet. The master template's -Eta inlet, which named vx on a face that read vy, now delivers its 1.5 m/s.
