Fix: post validation refuses any cell-centred field (Ucat, P, Psi, Qcrit) in io.eulerian_fields, naming the _nodal field to write after a nodal_average task; before, all but Qcrit were skipped by the writer and never reached the .vts. The temporal_mixing_layer example now writes Ucat_nodal and P_nodal.
