Experimental: every C function that is not static inline is now profiled. Functions called rarely are timed always; per-particle and per-cell ones are off unless profiling.helpers names them, so they cost almost nothing. Functions are named by __func__ in profiling, logging filters and error traces alike, and make audit-profiling keeps the coverage complete.
