Experimental: PICurv's profiler times functions as PETSc log events. Functions called once or a few times per step are always timed; per-particle and per-cell helpers are timed only when profiling.helpers in monitor.yml names them (or is all), which removes most of the profiler's cost from particle runs (it was 15-30% of step time). ProfilingSummary_*.log keeps its table and adds a section for PETSc's own events, and PICurv's functions now appear in log_view.
