Experimental: velocity and pressure expressions in inlet and initial-condition sources may draw uniform() and normal(), anew per face cell and step on a face and per cell in an initial field, under the new top-level source_random_seed. Draws are keyed on global indices, so they do not depend on the rank layout or need saving for a restart. Analytical fields refuse them.
